Qben Infra is created through the combination of ININ Group and Kvalitetsbygg (recently renamed to Qben Infra). At completion of Qben Infra’s bid to all shareholders of ININ Group AS, the shareholders of ININ Group AS whjo accepts the offer will become shareholders of Qben Infra, and Qben Infra will be the majort shareholder in ININ Group AS. The ambition is to delist ININ Group AS from Euronext Growth and build a leading listed infrastructure services focused compunder investment company.
