Coralba started in 1978, when engineers from Bofors, an advanced military equipment manufacturer, used their quality standards and technology to develop a tripmeter for rally cars. The result is still the most advanced rally computer generally available to co-drivers world-wide.
Coralba has also been appreciated as a leading distance measuring tool by highway engineers and is chosen as the standard friction tester for winter road maintenance in winter countries like Sweden and Norway.
